Silent Sanctuary is a Filipino band known for their unique blend of alternative rock, post-grunge, and emo music, characterized by heartfelt lyrics and haunting melodies. The band was formed in 2001 in Metro Manila, Philippines. Originally a duo consisting of Norman Dellosa and Paolo Legaspi, they later expanded to include members such as Sarkie Sarangay (vocals/guitars), Allen Calixto (drums), and Jason Rondero (bass).
Their music often explores themes of love, heartbreak, and introspection, resonating strongly with Filipino audiences. Silent Sanctuary is renowned for their emotionally charged performances and distinctive sound, which sets them apart in the local music scene.
